The Brief: Barclaycard are small business’s best friend. Or at least, that’s what they needed to show.

The Response: A monthly DM for SMEs – and a reassuring hand on the shoulder for their owners. It’s bloody hard running a small business. We showed Barclaycard understood, and broke down the big-bank stigma in the process. A bit, anyway.
